The Garrard County Emergency Operations Center (EOC) is a state-of-the-art facility located in the basement of City Hall in Lancaster. The EOC is equipped with superior communications abilities and other technology that are vital to emergency operations in times of disaster. The EOC is activated and utilized as the central command center during major emergency events and is occupied by senior elected and emergency officials who use the facility to formulate protective action decisions for the community. <<Home |
