Zone 1-A begins at Concord Road. Traveling
east on Irvine Road (KY 52) to Charlie Norris Road, continuing to follow
Charlie Norris Road until it intersects with Concord Road, continuing on
Concord Road until it intersects with Irvine Road (KY 52).
People living in Zone 1-A will be advised to
evacuate to the Clark County Middle School in Winchester. Take the quickest
route to Red House Road (KY 388) then right onto
Boonesboro Road (KY 627) to Winchester.
ZONE 1B
Estonia Estates, Moberly, Waco and Flatwoods.
Zone 1-B begins at Charlie Norris Road, east
on Irvine Road (KY 52) to Waco then left on College Hill Road to Holiday
Lane. Left on Holiday Lane to Box Ankle and left onto Charlie Norris Road
until it intersects with Irvine Road (KY 52).
People living in Zone 1-B will be advised to
evacuate to the Powell County High School in Stanton. Take the quickest
route to Irvine Road (KY 52), east to KY 89, north to KY 82, east to the
Mountain Parkway and east to Stanton.
ZONE 1C
Countryside Estates,
Brassfield, Bybee,Speedwell and Herrons Landing.
Zone 1-C Irvine Road (KY 52) beginning at the
northeast side of the Blue Grass Army Depot, continuing east on KY 52 to
Brassfield Road at Bybee, continuing south on
Brassfield Road until it intersects with Speedwell Road (KY 374) extending
fromSpeedwell Road to the Depot boundary on Irvine Road (KY 52).
People living in Zone 1-C will be advised to
evacuate to the Powell County High School in Stanton. Take the quickest
route to Irvine Road (KY 52), east to KY 89, north to KY 82, east to the
Mountain Parkway, then east to Stanton.
ZONE 1D
Gibson Bay Recreational
Park, Highland Park, Southern Hills and Bay View Subdivision.
Zone 1-D is bounded on the west by Berea Road
(US 25/421), beginning at the Depot boundary and extending north to the
ByPass (KY 876), following the ByPass east to the intersection of Irvine
Road (KY 52) and traveling east on Irvine Road to the Catalpa Loop and on
the east by the Depot boundary.
People living in Zone 1-D will be advised to
evacuate to Jacobson Park in Lexington.
Take the quickest route to I-75 North. Travel
Interstate 75 to Exit 104 and turn left onto Richmond Road. Proceed on
Richmond Road to Jacobson Park on the right.
ZONE 2A
Union
City and Spurlin Trailer Park.
Zone 2-A is bounded on the east by Charlie
Norris Road, beginning at the intersection of Charlie Norris Road and Union
City Road, extending south to the intersection of Charlie Norris Road and
Concord Road, extending southwest on Concord Road to the intersection of
Irvine Road (KY 52), then west on Irvine Road to the intersection of the
Eastern ByPass (KY 876), then north on the Eastern ByPass to the Union City
Exit (KY 1986), extending east to the intersection of Charlie Norris Road at
Union City.
People living in Zone 2-A will be advised to
take the quickest route to Boonesboro Road (KY 388) to Clark Middle School
in Winchester.
ZONE 2B
College Hill, Waco, Bybee and the Flint Road area.
Zone 2-B is bounded on the west by Charlie
Norris Road, beginning at the intersection of Charlie Norris Road and Box
Ankle Road, extending north to the intersection of Oakley Wells Road, then
east on Oakley Wells Road to College Hill Road (KY 977), then northwest on
College Hill Road to Bend Road to the Madison/Estill county line.
Following the Madison/Estill county line to
Irvine Road (KY 52), traveling west on Irvine Road (KY 52) to College Hill
Road (KY 977) at Waco then north on College Hill Road to the intersection of
Holiday Lane, northwest on Holiday Lane to Box Ankle, then west on Box Ankle
to the intersection of Charlie Norris Road.
People living in Zone 2-B will be advised to
evacuate to the Powell County High School in Stanton. Take Irvine Road (KY
52) east to KY 89, north to KY 82, east to the Mountain Parkway and east to
Stanton.
ZONE 2C
Bybee, Panola, Brassfield,
the Central Wildlife Management Area and Kingston.
Zone 2-C is bounded on the north by Irvine
Road (KY 52) beginning at the intersection of Brassfield Road and extending
east to the Madison/Estill county line, then extending south along Drowning
Creek to Panola Road (KY 499) extending west to Walter Lake Road. Following
west on Walter Lake Road to Gumbottom Road, then southwest to the
intersection of U.S. 421, then northwest on U.S. 421 to the intersection of
Crooksville Road and Hayes Fork Road, then east on Crooksville Road (KY 499)
to Brassfield Road back east to Irvine Road (KY 52).
People living in Zone 2-C will be advised to
evacuate to the Powell County High School in Stanton or to Jackson County
High School in McKee.
ZONE 2D
City of Richmond, Terrill, Pattie A. Clay Hospital, Richmond Mall, Richmond
Plaza Shopping Center, University Shopping Center, Wal-Mart and the Richmond
Industrial Park.
Zone 2-D is bounded on the north by the
Eastern By Pass (KY 876) beginning atInterstate 75 (Exit 87) traveling east
to U.S. 25/421, then south on U.S. 25/421 to the Blue Grass Army Depot
boundary, then following U.S. 421 to the intersection of Crooksville Road
(KY 499) south on Crooksville Road to U.S. 25, traveling south on U.S. 25 to
Menelaus Road then west on Menelaus Road to the underpass of Interstate 75
(Interstate 75 to Exit 87 is the west boundary of this zone).
People living in Zone 2-D will be advised to
evacuate to North Laurel High School inLondon. Take the quickest route to
Interstate 75, then south to Exit 41 or U.S. 25 south to London.
ZONE 2E
part of the City of
Richmond and Telford Community Center.
Zone 2-E is bounded on the west side
beginning at Interstate 75, Exit 87 to Exit 90.Beginning at Exit 90, south
on U.S. 25/421 to the intersection of U.S. 25 and theEastern ByPass (KY 876)
then west on Eastern ByPass to Interstate 75.
People living in Zone 2-E will be advised to
evacuate to Jacobson Park in Lexington.Take the quickest route to Interstate
75 North. Travel Interstate 75 to Exit 104 and turn left onto Richmond Road.
Proceed on Richmond Road to Jacobson park on the right.
ZONE 3A
Newby, Valley View, White
Hall, Madison County Emergency Operations Center, Madison County Board of
Education and part of the City of Richmond.
Zone 3-A is bounded on the south by Barnes
Mill Road beginning at the Eastern ByPass (KY 876) and
Interstate 75 (Exit 87), extending west to the Madison/GarrardCounty line,
from the Madison/Garrard County line north to the Kentucky River to the
intersection of Interstate 75, then south on Interstate 75 to the
intersection of Interstate 75 and Barnes Bill Road (Exit 87).
People living in Zone 3-A will be advised to
evacuate to Jacobson Park in Lexington.Take the quickest route to Interstate
75 North. Travel Interstate 75 to Exit 104 and turn left onto Richmond Road.
Proceed on Richmond Road to Jacobson Park on the right.
ZONE 3B
Clay's
Ferry, Fort Boonesboro, Union City, Red House, College Hill, Cane Springs
and Doylesville.
Zone 3-B is bounded on the west by Interstate
75 beginning at the intersection of the Kentucky River at Clay's Ferry and
extending south to the intersection of Interstate 75 and U.S. 25. On the
south by Eastern ByPass (KY 876) beginning at the intersection of Interstate
75 and U.S. 25 (Exit 90) and extending east to the overpass of Union City
Road (KY 1986), then east on Union City Road (KY 1986) to the intersection
of Charlie Norris Road to the intersection of Oakley Wells Road, then east
on Oakley Wells Road to College Hill Road (KY 977), northeast on College
Hill Road to Bend Road, then east on Bend Road to the Madison/Estill county
line at the Kentucky River. Following the Kentucky River north to the
intersection of Interstate 75 and the Kentucky River at Clay's Ferry.
People living in Zone 3-B will be advised to
evacuate to Clark Middle School in Winchester. Take the quickest route to
Boonesboro Road (KY 388) to Clark Middle School in Winchester.
ZONE 3C

Dreyfus, Big Hill and Kingston.
Zone 3-C is bounded on the west by I-75
beginning at the Rockcastle/Madison county line and extending north to the
intersection of I-75 and Menelaus Road, on the north by Menelaus Road (KY
2880) beginning at the intersection of I-75 and extending east to the
intersection of U.S. 25 and Crooksville Road (KY 499), then east on
Crooksville Road to the intersection of U.S. 421, then south on U.S. 421 to
Dreyfus Road, then east on Dreyfus Road to Gum Bottom Road, then north on
Gum Bottom Road to the intersection of Walter Lake Road, then on Walter Lake
Road to the Estill county line at Drowning Creek, on the east by the
Estill/Madison County line from the intersection of KY 499 extending south
to the intersection of the Jackson County line, and on the south by the
Jackson/Rockcastle county line, extending west from the intersection of
Jackson/Estill/Madison county line to the intersection of Rockcastle county
line and I-75.
People living in Zone 3-C will be advised to
evacuate to North Laurel High School in London via I-75 south to Exit 41 or
U.S. 25 south to London, or U.S. 421 south to Jackson County High School in
McKee.
ZONE 3D
Kirksville, Caleast, Paint
Lick and part of the City of Berea.
Zone 3-D is bounded on the north by Barnes
Mill Road (KY 876) beginning at the Garrard County line and extending east
to the intersection of Interstate 75 and Barnes Mill Road (Exit 87), on the
east by Interstate 75 beginning at the intersection of Interstate 75 and
Barnes Mill Road (Exit 87) and extending south on Interstate 75 to the
Rockcastle County line and on the south and west by the Rockcastle and
Garrard County lines beginning at the intersection of Interstate 75 and
Rockcastle County line and extending north and west along the Rockcastle and
Garrard County lines to the intersection of KY 876 and Garrard County line.
People living in Zone 3-D will be advised to evacuate to the
Garrard County High School (Lancaster) via KY 52 west or KY 1295 west to KY
52 west.
